Microsoft System Administrator (5515)

A leading organization is looking for an experienced Microsoft System Administrator to join its infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Microsoft System infrastructure end-to-end, including infrastructure setup from scratch and configuration of computing environments.
• Integrate complex systems and work with complex system architectures.
• Work extensively with core Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Manage Windows Server environments (2012–2025), including deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Develop scripts and automation processes for infrastructure environments.
• Work closely with IT, infrastructure and security teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar Microsoft System role within a large organization (500+ servers and 1,000+ users) – required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365 and Intune – required.
• Strong awareness of information security and experience with various security systems and protection solutions – required.
• Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, DHCP, IIS, CA and Kerberos – a significant advantage.
• Experience with Virtualization; experience with Nutanix – an advantage.
• Experience migrating Exchange On-Premises to the Cloud – an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent service orientation and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
