Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Business Application Expert to own and develop NetSuite and our broader business application ecosystem. This individual contributor role combines day-to-day support with implementation of new processes and integrations, with a strong focus on global logistics, inventory, and manufacturing. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and HR to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions across our global operations, including intercompany and international logistics flows in a hardware manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• NetSuite Ownership & Support: Administer NetSuite, support users across the organization, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system bugs.

• Process Implementation & Reporting: Design and implement workflows, including QA and supplier onboarding approvals; build custom reports and project management processes to support ongoing reporting to defense ministries.

• Global Logistics & Inventory: Own and improve ERP processes for purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory visibility, stock transfers, and material movements across sites and countries, including intercompany transactions and international shipments.

• Manufacturing Operations: Implement and improve ERP processes for work orders, shop-floor operations, and the flow of materials between warehouses and production.

• Global User Enablement: Train and onboard ERP users in Thailand, the US, and Germany, and work closely with stakeholders to identify needs and drive adoption of consistent logistics processes.

• HR Systems: Define and establish the system foundation for workforce management and HR reporting.

• Systems Integration: Connect NetSuite with BarTender, PDM/PLM systems for engineering item management, and MASS, including time reporting.

• Manufacturing Roadmap: Drive planned initiatives over the coming six months, including AI-based MRP implementation and the setup of MES with ERP integration for real-time shop-floor tracking and control.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ERP or business applications, including mandatory practical experience with NetSuite.

• Global Logistics Expertise: Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, intercompany inventory transfers, and international logistics flows in a global organization.

• Hardware Industry Experience: Experience in a hardware company, with a strong understanding of physical inventory, material flows, work orders, and shop-floor processes.

• Technical Expertise: Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations, approval workflows, custom reports, and cross-system integrations; understanding of MRP and material planning.

• Mindset & Collaboration: A self-driven, analytical problem-solver who enjoys hands-on execution, takes ownership, and can support and train users across global teams.

Advantages

• Familiarity with BarTender, time-reporting integrations, HR systems, or AI-enabled planning solutions.
