About DBP Finance

DBP Finance is a boutique financial firm that provides bookkeeping, payroll, and CFO services to a wide range of companies. We work with multiple clients in different industries and give them comprehensive financial support, from day-to-day operations through to management reports and decision-making.

We are growing and looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and take ownership of the bookkeeping for several client companies.

About the role

You will own the books of several client companies end to end: day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly closings and year-end closing up to the balance sheet. You will work directly with the owners and manage your tasks and deadlines independently.

Full-time, from our Herzliya office 4 days a week, 1 day remote.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping for several client companies
• Run monthly closings on schedule
• Year-end closing up to the balance sheet, including adjusting entries and account analyses
• Process and pay supplier invoices
• Issue invoices to customers and follow up on collections
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Monitor operational reports and perform basic controls
• Prepare and submit reports to the authorities as needed
• Work in Priority and Excel daily

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper
• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping up to the balance sheet (must)
• Hands-on experience with Priority (must)
• Bookkeeping Certificate 1+2 (required)
• Full command of Excel (must)
• Hebrew at native level, spoken and written
• High level of English for reading, writing, and communication
• Able to work from our Herzliya office 4 days a week (must)
• Highly independent, takes full ownership of tasks and deadlines, and can manage several clients in parallel
• Bookkeeping Certificate 3 (an advantage)
• Payroll accountant certification or experience (an advantage)
• Experience in an accounting firm (an advantage)
