Delivery Manager

Role Description-

• Serving as Director of Delivery & Technical Project Management, holding an executive leadership role accountable for the strategic delivery portfolio and the successful lifecycle execution of large-scale, complex software initiatives across the company.
• Leading, mentoring, and scaling a dedicated team of Technical Project Managers, fostering delivery excellence, robust operational frameworks, and standardized Agile delivery governance.
• Partnering cross-functionally and globally with R&D, Product Management, QA, Architecture, and Business Executives across international sites to drive execution alignment, mitigate cross-system dependencies, and unblock critical path items.
• Governing end-to-end multi-disciplinary release milestones—from initial scope discovery and sprint readiness to deployment, operational handover, and production rollout.
• Translating high-level executive strategy into clear roadmap roadblocks, delivery milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and transparent executive status dashboards.
• Establishing engineering delivery predictability and KPI metrics across high-throughput platforms servicing millions of concurrent global users.

Requirements-

• 5 years of dedicated professional experience in Software Delivery, Technical Project Management, or Program Management – Mandatory
• 2 years of proven leadership experience directly managing Project Managers or cross-organizational Delivery teams – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background operating across at least two high-growth SaaS, Internet, or Mobile product companies – Mandatory
• Strong technical background with the ability to dive into architectural dependencies, software lifecycles, and engineering tradeoffs – Mandatory
• Proven track record leading multi-site, distributed software releases in fast-paced global environments – Mandatory
• Outstanding executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with fluent proficiency in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
