Role Description

• Serving as an Automation Infrastructure Engineer, owning the design, architecture, and development of scalable automation frameworks, libraries, and internal tooling used by engineering teams across the organization.
• Architecting and maintaining robust test infrastructure, test runners, and developer platforms to support high-velocity, reliable releases.
• Integrating and orchestrating automated test execution within modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Improving framework performance, parallelization, execution stability, and diagnostic observability across large test suites.
• Leveraging modern development practices and AI developer tools to enhance framework efficiency, code authoring, and root-cause failure analysis.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Platform, and DevOps squads to optimize testing methodologies across distributed cloud environments.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience developing Automation Infrastructure and frameworks at scale – Mandatory
• Strong, proven hands-on software development proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript / Node.js – Mandatory
• Deep, practical expertise building and maintaining automated test suites using modern frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, or Pytest) – Mandatory
• Solid background working in high-tech product environments developing distributed software systems – Mandatory
• High degree of technical autonomy, strong problem-solving mindset, and fluent communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
