GenAI Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced GenAI Development Manager to lead our technological activity and take full responsibility for the development of the company’s AI products and projects.

This is a key role combining team leadership, technical and architectural ownership, leading enterprise projects, and hands-on work in the GenAI space.

Our solutions are already deployed in production environments for enterprise clients, and we are looking for a manager to lead their next generation—from ideation and architecture to development, integration, and successful production deployment at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development team, including software developers and AI engineers.
• End-to-end responsibility for the development of the company’s GenAI products and solutions.
• Lead complex technical projects for enterprise clients, from design to production.
• Make architectural and strategic decisions regarding infrastructure, performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and implement solutions based on LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Document AI, and Agentic Workflows.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and cloud environments.
• Establish development standards and processes that balance speed with production-grade quality and stability.
• Work closely with executive leadership, Product, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into real-world AI solutions.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, frameworks, and models in the GenAI ecosystem.

Requirements:

• At least 6–7 years of experience in software development.
• At least 4–5 years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams in Product, B2B, or Enterprise environments.
• Significant experience in developing GenAI and LLM-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, AI Agents, and Agentic Architectures.
• Proven track record of building complex systems and deploying them to production.
• Experience in cloud architecture design on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
• Strong technical capability with the ability to be hands-on when needed, alongside management and leadership.
• Experience developing systems and solutions for enterprise clients.
• Experience with OCR, Document AI, Document Processing, or Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) – Strong advantage.
• Experience in Multi-Tenant / SaaS environments – Advantage.
