What You’ll Do:

• Drive Strategic Growth: Lead long-term business and marketing growth strategies for our clients.
• Build Digital Roadmaps: Craft tailor-made, end-to-end digital marketing plans aligned with client KPIs and target audiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Translate client goals into actionable execution plans, guiding our creative, media, and tech teams (matrix management).
• Optimize Performance: Monitor campaign trends, analyze data, and continuously discover new opportunities to elevate our clients' digital presence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Digital / Marketing Account Manager (agency background - a strong advantage).
• Strong Business Mindset: You understand business models, unit economics, and how digital strategy impacts the bottom line.
• Master Communicator & Presenter: Ability to simplify complex digital concepts, articulate strategy, and build long-term trust.
• Multi-Tasker: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive Problem Solver: A self-starter with strong ownership and end-to-end process management skills.
