Financial Analyst | Budgeting & Planning

A large healthcare organization in Israel’s Sharon region is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its finance team.

The role combines close financial support for department managers with responsibility for a financial area that spans the entire organization. You’ll help managers build annual budgets, evaluate new purchases and price services, translating data into practical recommendations.

You’ll join a team of economists led by a manager who actively encourages learning and professional development.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with department managers on financial planning and day-to-day financial decisions.
• Build annual budgets and revenue and expense forecasts, monitor performance and analyze variances.
• Develop cost analyses, service pricing models, feasibility assessments and business plans.
• Take ownership of a cross-organizational financial area, including planning, monitoring and analysis.
• Analyze large datasets and present clear insights and recommendations.

What you’ll bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Economist or Financial Analyst, including budgeting, financial control or financial planning.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of SAP and BusinessObjects (BO).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
• The ability to explain financial information clearly and build effective working relationships.
• Initiative, independence and a willingness to learn.

Location & hours:

Sharon region, Israel | Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 08:00-16:00, with occasional additional hours as needed.
