About the role:

• Lead ongoing collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to advance business initiatives and strategic opportunities.
• Support and facilitate strategic partnerships and collaborations.
• Conduct business analyses, assess commercial viability, and develop recommendations to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendation materials for senior management and professional committees.
• Identify, map, and evaluate investment, acquisition, and strategic partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A law.
• Experience in the financial services, payments, or digital services industries- an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Accounting, or Economics- an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of business and finance.
• Experience developing business models, conducting feasibility analyses, and evaluating business opportunities.
• Proven ability to lead processes and work with multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent command of English.
