אודות התפקיד

אנו מחפשים איש/אשת שטח מנוסה להובלת מערך ההקמה והביצוע של פרויקטים אלקטרו-מכניים מורכבים במגוון מגזרים: מרכזי נתונים (Data Centers), מפעלים תהליכיים, מתקני אנרגיה ומים, בתי חולים ומעבדות. התפקיד כולל ניהול האתר משלב העלייה לקרקע, דרך ניהול קבלני משנה והתקנות מכניות/חשמליות, ועד להרצה (Commissioning) ומסירה ללקוח.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים

ניהול אתר הביצוע: ניהול שוטף ומלא של הפעילות באתר ההקמה, תוך עמידה בלוחות זמנים, תקציב ואיכות הביצוע.

ניהול קבלנים וספקים: תיאום, פיקוח ובקרה הדוקה על קבלני משנה (צנרת תעשייתית/תהליכית, מיזוג אוויר ואוורור, חשמל, פיקוד ובקרה, מתקנים וקונסטרוקציות).

התקנות והרכבות (Erection & Installation): פיקוח על הרכבת ציוד מכני כבד, מערכות צנרת לחץ ותהליך, צ'ילרים ויט"אות, מערכות קירור מדויק, מערכות טיפול במים וחשמל משולב.

איכות ובטיחות (QA/QC & HSE): הטמעה ואכיפה בלתי מתפשרת של נהלי בטיחות, שמירה על תקני איכות והובלת מבדקים לאורך כל שלבי ההקמה.

ממשקים ותיאום הנדסי: עבודה צמודה מול צוותי התכנון, המזמין (הלקוח), חברות פיקוח ומהנדסי שטח; פתרון בעיות הנדסיות וטכניות בזמן אמת (RFI).

בדיקות והרצה (Commissioning): הובלת שלבי הבדיקות, ההפעלה (Pre-commissioning & Commissioning), עריכת רשימות ליקויים (Punch lists) וסגירתן עד למסירה סופית.

מעקב ודיווח: ניהול יומני עבודה, הפקת דוחות התקדמות תקופתיים והשתתפות בישיבות סטטוס ותיאום שבועיות.

ניסיון מקצועי:

לפחות 4–6 שנות ניסיון מוכח בניהול ביצוע/הקמה של מערכות אלקטרו-מכניות (MEP) באתרי בנייה ותעשייה, אנרגיה, טורבינות, מים, הנדסה תהליכית, מפעלים ביטחוניים ועוד.

ניסיון קודם באחד או יותר מהתחומים: חוות שרתים (Data Centers), מפעלים תהליכיים, מתקני אנרגיה ומים, בתי חולים, חדרים נקיים ומעבדות – יתרון משמעותי.

ידע טכני:

הבנה מעמיקה בקריאת תוכניות ביצוע, שרטוטי P&ID, שרטוטי חשמל ומערכות בקרה.

היכרות עם תהליכי הרכבה מכנית (צנרת תעשייתית, משאבות, צ'ילרים, יט"אות, לוחות חשמל).

כישורים אישיים:

כושר מנהיגות, אסרטיביות ויכולת הנעת עובדים וקבלנים בשטח.

יכולת תפקוד גבוהה תחת לחץ ופתרון בעיות בזמן אמת.

תודעת שירות גבוהה ותקשורת בין-אישית מצוינת מול לקוחות ומפקחים.

שפות ומחשוב:

עברית ברמה גבוהה; אנגלית טכנית טובה (קריאת מפרטים והתכתבות).

שליטה ביישומי MS Office (Excel, MS Project). היכרות עם סביבת CAD / BIM – יתרון.

שונות: רישיון נהיגה בתוקף ונכונות לעבודת שטח אינטנסיבית.

Job Description

A leading, distinctive, high-quality company specializing in engineering, management, construction and maintenance of electromechanical infrastructure projects in data centers, energy, water, process plants, semiconductors, laboratories and cleanrooms is seeking a strong professional to lead construction, execution and installation projects at defense industry facilities.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced field professional to lead the construction and execution of complex electromechanical projects across various sectors: data centers, process plants, energy and water facilities, hospitals and laboratories. The role includes site management from initial mobilization, through subcontractor management and mechanical/electrical installations, to commissioning and handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Construction Site Management: Full day-to-day management of construction site activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets and execution quality requirements.

Contractor and Supplier Management: Coordination, supervision and close monitoring of subcontractors in industrial/process piping, HVAC and ventilation, electrical systems, instrumentation and control, installations and structural works.

Erection & Installation: Supervision of the assembly and installation of heavy mechanical equipment, pressure and process piping systems, chillers and air handling units (AHUs), precision cooling systems, water treatment systems and integrated electrical systems.

Quality and Safety (QA/QC & HSE): Implementation and uncompromising enforcement of safety procedures, compliance with quality standards and leadership of audits throughout all construction stages.

Interfaces and Engineering Coordination: Close collaboration with design teams, the client, supervision companies and field engineers; resolution of engineering and technical issues in real time (RFIs).

Testing and Commissioning: Leading testing and start-up stages (Pre-commissioning & Commissioning), preparing punch lists and closing them out through final handover.

Monitoring and Reporting: Maintaining site work logs, preparing periodic progress reports and participating in weekly status and coordination meetings.

Job Requirements

Professional Experience:

At least 4–6 years of proven experience managing the execution/construction of electromechanical systems (MEP) at construction and industrial sites, including energy, turbines, water, process engineering, defense industry facilities and other sectors.

Previous experience in one or more of the following fields: data centers, process plants, energy and water facilities, hospitals, cleanrooms and laboratories – a significant advantage.

Technical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of construction drawings, P&IDs, electrical drawings and control systems.

Familiarity with mechanical assembly processes involving industrial piping, pumps, chillers, AHUs and electrical panels.

Personal Skills:

Leadership, assertiveness and the ability to motivate workers and contractors on site.

Strong ability to perform under pressure and solve problems in real time.

Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication with clients and supervisors.

Languages and Computer Skills:

High proficiency in Hebrew; good technical English for reading specifications and correspondence.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, MS Project). Familiarity with CAD/BIM environments – an advantage.
