Assistant to IT Manager JB-5235

A retail company is seeking an Assistant to IT Manager to support all activities of the IT department in the organization.

The position includes working with end users, implementing and onboarding systems, supporting operational and technological processes, and assisting in cross-organizational projects.

Areas of responsibility:

• Ongoing support for organizational IT systems Support and maintenance of cash register systems
• Providing answers to users and troubleshooting issues
• Working with advanced Excel files for data analysis, control and report generation Setup and support of new branches/stores in IT systems aspects
• Implementation of new systems and processes in the organization
• Assistance in managing technological and operational projects
• Documentation of processes and writing work procedures

Requirements:

• High proficiency in Excel – mandatory
• Strong logical ability and analytical thinking
• Understanding and familiarity with organizational and operational processes
• Experience working with organizational IT systems – advantage
• Familiarity with cash register systems – significant advantage
• High self-learning ability
• Service awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
• Order, organization and ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Additional advantages:

• Experience in system implementation
• Experience in retail chains or multi-branch organizations
• Knowledge of SQL or BI tools
