Cyber Academy Manager - Relocation JB-5370

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Academy Manager to lead one of our Cyber Security Academies.

The Academy Manager will be responsible for the overall management, strategy, and success of the academy.

What You'll Do:

• Set the vision, goals, and strategy for the academy in alignment with global company objectives.
• Ensure academic excellence by maintaining high training standards and updating curricula.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the academy staff, including trainers and administrative personnel.
• Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of all training programs.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employability and career pathways for graduates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree - an advantage.
• 7+ years of experience in training/education management, ideally in cyber security or technical academies.
• English fluency is required.
• Proven leadership experience in managing diverse teams across multiple functions.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security concepts, industry certifications, and training methodologies.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with international/relocation assignments.
• Additional languages are a plus!
