As an Audit & Assurance Manager ,you will play a pivotal role in delivering a differentiated audit experience, enhancing audit quality, and providing strategic insights to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Service Delivery: Supervise and manage comprehensive audit and assurance engagements for US-based and US-reporting clients.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a key advisor in resolving complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters that arise throughout the audit lifecycle.
• Strategy & Budgeting: Formulate engagement audit strategies, manage project scope, and oversee engagement budgets and timelines.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and develop engagement teams, fostering high performance and continuous professional growth.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all engagements adhere strictly to US auditing standards (PCAOB / US GAAS) and Deloitte’s global quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics).
• Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification in Israel, or other international equivalent (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics).
• Fluency in English; Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
• 6-8 years prior work experience in Audit with a Big Four Public accounting firm
• Experience with PCAOB and/or AICPA Audits.
• Understanding of broad business & technical (US GAAP) knowledge.
• (CPA) certification in Israel, or other international equivalent (Chartered Accountant, ACCA, etc.)
• Fluency in English; Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and/or ability to work with AI tools – Mandatory
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
