Founding CEO / Capital Formation Partner — Systematic Trading

Singular Labs | Israel / International

I'm building Singular Labs Trade around proprietary algorithmic trading strategies with proven track record and am looking for a commercially driven founding partner to help turn them into an investable business.

The focus is on capital formation, investor relationships, and developing the right structure for deploying the strategies—whether through partnerships with existing funds, managed accounts, or a dedicated investment vehicle.

Ideal background

- Experience raising capital for hedge funds, quantitative strategies, or alternative investments.

- Established relationships with family offices, HNW investors, or institutional allocators.

- Experience structuring investment businesses and negotiating strategic partnerships.

- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build alongside a technical founder.

This is an early-stage opportunity to shape the business model and go-to-market strategy together. The role and compensation structure, including potential equity, will depend on experience and mutual fit.

If you've built an investment business or successfully raised capital for trading strategies, I'd welcome a confidential conversation.
