We work alongside our clients through the entire product journey: validating the idea, defining the product, writing the technical specification, UX/UI design, development, testing, and launching to the App Store and Google Play.

We're looking for a Senior Mobile / Full Stack Developer with strong mobile development experience to take ownership of client applications from architecture to production.

You'll build and maintain Flutter applications for iOS and Android, alongside the backend services, APIs, databases and integrations that power them.

You'll work on several products across different industries, collaborate closely with product and design, and often work directly with founders and clients.

We're looking for someone who understands the complete product, not just individual tickets: user experience, mobile architecture, backend communication, performance, platform limitations, app-store requirements and production reliability.

• Build and own production-grade Flutter applications for iOS and Android, from UI and state management to backend APIs and database changes.
• Develop the Node.js / TypeScript backends that power our mobile products, including authentication, notifications, payments, subscriptions, real-time features and third-party integrations.
• Implement mobile capabilities such as deep links, maps, location, camera, permissions, file uploads, analytics and crash reporting.
• Own the full mobile release lifecycle: environments, signing, TestFlight, Google Play testing, CI/CD, store submissions and production releases.
• Make technical decisions around architecture, infrastructure, data models and integrations, while turning product requirements into scalable solutions.
• Work closely with product, design and clients to build polished user experiences, explain technical tradeoffs and help shape MVPs.
• Debug and solve issues across mobile, backend and infrastructure, while maintaining performance, security and reliability.
• Review code, mentor developers and improve our shared tooling, architecture and development standards.
• Use AI development tools and automation to move quickly without compromising engineering quality.

• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant experience building production applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, including applications that have been released to the App Store and Google Play.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, state management and application lifecycle.
• Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend systems.
• Experience with Flutter architecture and state-management approaches such as Riverpod, Bloc, Provider or similar.
• Experience with mobile-specific topics such as push notifications, deep linking, permissions, secure local storage, background execution, responsive layouts and performance optimization.
• Understanding of native iOS and Android concepts, even when working primarily through Flutter.
• Experience with App Store Connect, TestFlight and Google Play Console.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills and experience with Node.js, preferably NestJS, Express or similar.
• Solid hands-on database experience with PostgreSQL and Firebase.
• Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Cloud Messaging, Crashlytics, Analytics or Remote Config.
• Hands-on experience implementing mobile subscriptions and in-app purchases, including RevenueCat, StoreKit and Google Play Billing.
• Hands-on experience integrating Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe and/or Israeli payment providers into production applications.
• Hands-on cloud and deployment experience with platforms such as AWS, GCP, Firebase, Heroku or similar.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar as part of your daily development workflow.
• Experience building products from scratch (0→1) rather than only maintaining mature systems.
• Strong debugging skills and the ability to investigate issues across mobile, backend and infrastructure.
• Strong product sense and ownership. You think beyond the implementation and care about whether the feature actually solves the user's problem.
• Curiosity and an open mind. Every project brings a new domain, whether fintech, health, mobility, e-commerce or something completely different.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on several products simultaneously, switch context quickly and still maintain high quality.
• Fluent English and Hebrew.

• Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development experience.
• Experience with maps, GPS, background location or navigation features.
• Experience with WebSockets and real-time applications.
• Experience with Bluetooth, NFC, camera, sensors or other device capabilities.
• Experience building offline-first applications and handling synchronization.
• Experience with automated mobile testing using Maestro, Patrol, integration_test or similar tools.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM functionality into consumer or business applications.
• Experience working at a software house, agency or early-stage startup.
• Service in an IDF technology unit such as MAMRAM, Unit 8200 or a similar technical background.
• Monorepo experience with tools such as Nx or Turborepo.
