Role Description-

• Serving as a Technical Project / Program Manager, taking end-to-end ownership of complex hardware-system initiatives from initial planning through mass production release.
• Orchestrating global project execution, interfacing closely with international customers, tier-1 contract manufacturers, and worldwide manufacturing production lines.
• Bridging technical and operational domains, tracking hardware milestones, engineering changes, build schedules, and production readiness gates.
• Leading cross-functional collaboration across Hardware Design, System Engineering, Operations, Quality, and external production vendors.
• Managing delivery risks, driving root-cause analyses for production issues, and ensuring seamless handoff from NPI (New Product Introduction) to high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• 6 years of overall professional engineering experience – Mandatory
• Strong technical background as a Hardware / Board Design Engineer (hands-on foundation in board design is essential) – Mandatory
• Highly technical profile with proven transition into project/program management, or strong aspiration and aptitude to transition into a technical leadership role – Mandatory
• Proven capability to interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams, global manufacturing lines, and international customers – Mandatory
