SOC Analyst Tier 2 | Cyber Security Operations | Central Israel

A leading organization is looking for an experienced SOC Analyst Tier 2 to join its cybersecurity operations team and take an active role in investigating, analyzing, and responding to complex security incidents.

This hands-on position combines advanced security investigations, Threat Hunting, Incident Response, and security infrastructure operations across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud environments.

What You'll Do

• Investigate cybersecurity incidents and security alerts
• Perform incident triage, mitigation, containment, and response
• Conduct Threat Hunting and identify suspicious activities
• Investigate threats across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud environments
• Analyze IOCs, TTPs, and security playbooks
• Configure, maintain, and operate security solutions, including Firewalls, IPS, DLP, and Endpoint Protection
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security controls
• Support endpoint and mobile device security
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Network teams

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a SOC Analyst Tier 2 or in an equivalent cybersecurity operations role
• Active Israeli security clearance at Level 1 or 2
• Hands-on experience in cybersecurity investigations, Threat Hunting, and Incident Response
• Experience configuring and maintaining security products
• Strong understanding of networking, communication protocols, and operating systems
• Experience investigating security incidents across Endpoint, Identity, Network, and Cloud environments
• Familiarity with IOCs, TTPs, and security playbooks
• High proficiency in English
• Relevant academic education, professional cybersecurity training, technical diploma, military technology background, or recognized professional certification, according to the role's eligibility requirements
• Strong analytical thinking, independence, teamwork, and continuous learning
• Availability for on-site shifts and on-call duties
