System Engineer

Located in the Sharon region, operating on an on-site model with flexibility for one day working from home (Security clearance required).

Role Description

• Serving as a Lead Multidisciplinary System Engineer, spearheading technical leadership across all system lifecycle phases from pre-sale activities, concept definition, and product requirements through architecture design and deployment.
• Leading systems engineering processes for complex Electro-Optical (EO/IR) systems, defining end-to-end architecture, ICDs (Interface Control Documents), and system performance trade-offs.
• Authoring comprehensive system specifications, engineering requirements documents (SRD), verification test plans, and conducting formal engineering design reviews (PDR, CDR) with domestic and international defense customers.
• Driving hands-on multidisciplinary system integration, laboratory bring-up, field trials, environmental qualifications, and complex root-cause failure investigations.
• Interfacing directly with cross-functional R&D teams (Optics, Mechanics, Electronics, Software, and Control) and providing ongoing technical support to strategic defense customers worldwide.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Multidisciplinary System Engineer (or an equivalent systems role) – Mandatory
• Proven track record leading complex multidisciplinary engineering projects and technical roadmaps – Mandatory
• Hands-on experience executing system-level integration, verification test procedures (ATP/VTP), and design validation – Mandatory
• Eligibility for Israeli Security Clearance – Mandatory
• Strong leadership capabilities, high autonomy, and fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
