Located in Tel Aviv adjacent to the train station, operating on a hybrid model with one day working from home.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Algorithm Engineer, taking direct ownership over core algorithmic components, mathematical modeling, parameter estimation, optimization, and sensory data processing.
• Leading the complete algorithm development lifecycle: from initial theoretical research and mathematical formulation through rapid prototyping, experimental validation, performance benchmarking, and production deployment.
• Developing robust mathematical estimation and filtering pipelines to process noisy real-world wireless/RF and sensor telemetry into high-accuracy positioning and mapping outputs.
• Conducting empirical data analysis, field test validation, error modeling, and algorithm performance tuning.
• Bridging research and engineering: transforming prototype code into robust, efficient, production-grade implementations in collaboration with embedded and software squads.
• Leveraging modern development practices, debugging methodologies, and AI/LLM-powered developer tools to optimize workflows and algorithmic velocity.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, or a closely related quantitative discipline – Mandatory
• 4+ years of dedicated professional hands-on experience in Algorithm Development across Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or Robotics – Mandatory
• Proven track record solving complex mathematical and algorithmic challenges end-to-end: from initial problem formulation and research to validation and implementation – Mandatory
• Strong practical programming proficiency in Python and its scientific ecosystem (NumPy, SciPy, Pandas) – Mandatory
• Proven experience working with noisy, real-world sensory or physical data and conducting rigorous algorithm performance evaluations – Mandatory
• Demonstrated hands-on track record transitioning research prototypes into clean, scalable, production-quality implementations – Mandatory
• Solid software engineering discipline: proficient with Git, unit testing, structured debugging, and maintainable code – Mandatory
• Practical experience utilizing LLM-based tools to accelerate analysis, research, and development workflows – Mandatory
• Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and fluent technical communication skills in English – Mandatory
