Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, taking end-to-end technical ownership over the design, development, integration, and optimization of low-level software on complex multidisciplinary systems.
• Developing robust embedded software and device drivers in C and C++ operating across Linux User Space and/or Kernel Space.
• Leading hands-on hardware bring-up, hardware-software integration, and low-level debugging in tight collaboration with Hardware, FPGA, and DSP engineering teams.
• Designing and implementing communication layers, device interfaces, and real-time data handling pipelines for high-performance RF and signal processing platforms.
• Actively utilizing modern AI-assisted developer tools for code generation, architectural exploration, and rapid debugging to boost engineering efficiency.
• Managing task lifecycles, sprint execution, and technical documentation utilizing standard Agile tracking tools (e.g., Jira).

Requirements-

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in software development – Mandatory
• Advanced programming mastery in C and C++ – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on development experience in Linux environments (User Space and/or Kernel Space) – Mandatory
• Direct, practical experience in Device Driver development – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on experience interfacing with physical hardware, including board Bring-up, laboratory equipment usage, and system-level debugging – Mandatory
• Practical experience utilizing AI-driven development tools for code synthesis, analysis, and troubleshooting – Mandatory
• Working familiarity with Jira (or equivalent task/project management platforms) – Mandatory
• Strong multidisciplinary teamwork, system-level vision, and excellent interpersonal skills – Mandatory
• High level of technical communication and documentation skills in English – Mandatory
