We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager & Implementation Specialist with strong technical capabilities, extensive SQL knowledge, and experience working with ERP systems.

This is not a traditional project management position. We are looking for someone who takes full ownership of projects, works directly with customers, and personally performs system implementation, configuration, and integration activities.

• Hands-on Implementation: Independently implement, configure, and deploy Mobisoft's software solutions according to customer requirements.
• System Integration: Personally perform and troubleshoot integrations between Mobisoft's solutions and customers' ERP systems, including data mapping, SQL queries, data validation, and interface configuration.
• Customer Requirements & Analysis: Work directly with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, identify gaps, and design suitable solutions.
• Functional Specifications: Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications, define development tasks, and communicate requirements to development teams.
• End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from initial analysis and implementation through testing, go-live, and ongoing optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with development, QA and support teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Customer Ownership: Serve as the primary technical and operational point of contact for customers, independently resolving issues and driving projects forward.

• 3+ years of experience in software implementation and technical project management – Mandatory.
• Strong, comprehensive, hands-on SQL Server expertise – Mandatory, including complex queries, joins, stored procedures, database structures, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Priority, Oracle, M3 and others – Mandatory.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing and integrating enterprise software solutions.
• Experience analyzing business processes, gathering customer requirements, and writing functional and technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data mapping, and database-driven applications.
• Ability to independently investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while remaining actively involved in their technical execution.
