Role Description

• Serving as Product Line Lead Engineer / Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer, holding overall technical ownership of production processes, line stability, and continuous improvement for complex motion systems.
• Defining, optimizing, and maintaining manufacturing workflows, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Driving operational excellence and yield improvement initiatives: minimizing scrap rates, reducing cycle times, eliminating bottlenecks, and optimizing unit manufacturing costs.
• Providing hands-on engineering support to active production lines, performing rapid troubleshooting and leading multidisciplinary Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Leading production qualification, process validations, and Engineering Change Orders (ECO) management.
• Collaborating with NPI and R&D teams to introduce new products and manufacturing processes onto the production floor, establishing process parameters, control plans, and acceptance criteria.
• Driving capacity planning, Line Balancing, and Takt Time alignment to support smooth volume ramp-ups, working closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Test Engineering teams.

Requirements-

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline – Mandatory
• 3–5+ years of dedicated professional experience as a Production Engineer, Manufacturing Process Engineer, or similar manufacturing role – Mandatory
• Deep practical knowledge and application of Lean Manufacturing principles – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with Six Sigma methodologies and data-driven process improvement – Mandatory
• Practical experience using Statistical Process Control (SPC), control charts, and statistical analysis tools – Mandatory
• Demonstrated background conducting PFMEA and defining comprehensive quality control plans – Mandatory
• Strong familiarity with line balancing, standardized work practices, and Takt Time modeling – Mandatory
• Proven track record using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa) – Mandatory
• Strong hands-on capabilities in root-cause investigation, technical troubleshooting, and technical documentation – Mandatory
• Experience with production validation, line qualification, and ECO / Engineering Change Management processes – Mandatory
• Fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
