Testing Team Leader

Role Description-

• Serving as QA / System Testing Team Lead, building and leading a newly formed, high-impact system testing squad focused on extreme-scale, high-load system validation that mirrors live enterprise production environments.
• Operating in a strong hands-on capacity (~75% Hands-On), actively participating in test architecture, execution, complex troubleshooting, and deep-dive triage alongside team members.
• Driving holistic, full-system validation scenarios that stress concurrent feature workflows, high-throughput I/O, heavy traffic patterns, and data capacity to expose edge-case anomalies at system capacity limits.
• Bridging functional verification, performance profiling, and customer production simulation: translating real-world customer workload patterns into realistic, end-to-end stress scenarios.
• Leading rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and failure isolation across deeply intertwined system components, distributed subsystems, and multi-variable operating environments.
• Owning talent recruitment, onboarding, technical mentorship, and quality methodologies for the new testing team.

Requirements-

• Proven leadership experience as a QA / System Test Team Lead, including a demonstrated track record in hiring, building, and onboarding an engineering team – Mandatory
• 5+ years of dedicated hands-on experience testing complex, high-scale distributed systems – Mandatory
• Deep, comprehensive working proficiency with Linux operating systems, system internals, and debugging utilities – Mandatory
• Proven background in designing and executing large-scale, multifaceted test scenarios combining multiple concurrent features and workflows (rather than single isolated features or synthetic single metrics) – Mandatory
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with demonstrated expertise in complex Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in environments with numerous interdependent variables – Mandatory
• Proven capability to translate enterprise customer production usage patterns into representative test topologies and workloads – Mandatory
• Excellent leadership presence, collaborative mindset, and fluent technical communication in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
