Full Stack Engineer

Based in the Central District, operating on a primarily remote-first model with occasional on-site client presence in central Israel as needed.

Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, leading the architecture, development, and end-to-end delivery of modern AI-driven enterprise applications for premier client projects.
• Building responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript, delivering intuitive user interfaces and dashboards for complex data and AI workflows.
• Developing resilient, scalable backend services, microservices, and API integrations utilizing Python.
• Actively leveraging and integrating cutting-edge AI coding agents and developer acceleration tools directly into daily engineering workflows to boost velocity and code quality.
• Bridging product definitions, system architectures, and client requirements, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders from initial concept to live production rollout.
• Maintaining high standards for software design, performance, code maintainability, and clean API boundaries.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Full-Stack software development – Mandatory
• Strong, production-level hands-on proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript – Mandatory
• Extensive, practical backend development experience with Python – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience integrating and working alongside AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf) in regular development workflows – Mandatory
• Proven ability to independently own features and projects end-to-end, from technical definition to customer deployment – Mandatory
• Willingness and availability for periodic on-site visits to enterprise client sites across central Israel as needed – Mandatory
• Fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
