Application Specialist, Scientific Instruments for Biological Medical Material Research and Industrial NDT

We represent leading international manufacturers, including micro-CT and preclinical imaging systems, and we're known for hands-on application support.

The role:
You'll be the application support face of our company, helping customers see what our systems can do and getting them confident using them.
Run pre-sales demonstrations for researchers and core facilities
Perform proof-of-concept scans and analysis on customer samples
Deliver post-sales training, and application support
Work with our sales team and the manufacturers' specialists to turn technical results into customer success
Write clear application notes and share customer feedback with the team

What we're looking for:
BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field (biomedical engineering, physics, materials science, life sciences, or similar)
Hands-on experience with biological cell characterization, micro-CT or another imaging modality (preclinical, X-ray, or microscopy)
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, and the ability to explain complex topics to both scientists and technicians
A service mindset, independence, and willingness to travel in Israel and occasionally abroad for vendor training

Advantages:
Experience in a core facility, imaging lab, or with an instrument vendor
Knowledge of preclinical imaging (PET/CT, MRI) or industrial CT
Experience with biological sample preparation and/or with immunoassays
