Role Description-

• Serving as a Senior PCB Hardware Design Engineer (ATE / High-Speed Board Design), taking end-to-end engineering ownership over the architecture, schematic design, layout guidelines, prototyping, and validation of complex test boards for semiconductor ATE systems.
• Driving the full board design lifecycle: from translating tier-1 customer test specifications into detailed hardware requirements through layout guidance, board bring-up, and production release.
• Conducting rigorous Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) modeling, pre- and post-layout simulations, and empirical lab correlation.
• Performing precision lab measurements and characterization using advanced RF/microwave test benches, including VNA, TDR, Oscilloscopes, and Spectrum Analyzers.
• Collaborating closely with PCB layout specialists, fabrication vendors, component suppliers, and cross-functional engineering teams to ensure optimal manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and signal quality.
• Interfacing directly with global semiconductor customers and external vendors during specification, integration, and validation phases.

Requirements-

• University Degree (B.Sc.) in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent accredited engineering qualification – Mandatory
• 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in ATE Hardware Design or closely related high-speed board development – Mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience conducting Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations, coupled with bench validation using VNA, TDR, and Spectrum Analyzers – Mandatory
• Strong technical foundation in both Analog and Digital circuit design – Mandatory
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard Schematic Capture and PCB Layout tools, alongside established best practices for high-speed layout design – Mandatory
• Deep, practical knowledge of advanced PCB manufacturing, fabrication materials, and assembly processes (DFM/DFA) – Mandatory
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary engineering environment – Mandatory
• Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and fluent technical communication skills in English (written and verbal) – Mandatory
