Head of Test Engineering - Structural Test | Leading Defense Company

Job Description:

Lead the Test Engineering domain within the PCB & Technologies Division, including professional and managerial leadership of development teams, workplan management, and development of test solutions for electronic boards and subassemblies. The role combines process leadership, testability improvement, and collaboration with multiple interfaces across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and technical management of Test Engineering development teams
• Development of test plans and test fixtures for boards and subassemblies
• Responsibility for structural, electrical, and functional testing using ATE systems
• Defining policies and driving process improvements in the testability domain
• Managing project budgets and knowledge transfer activities with suppliers and customers
• Working closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, NPI, and Project Management teams
• Indirect management of subcontractors in the testing domain

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering - Mandatory
• Experience in developing test solutions and test equipment such as ICT, Cable Test, Flying Probe, Power Supply Test, JTAG, and Functional TE - Mandatory
• Experience in technical leadership of development teams - Mandatory
• Experience with testability prediction tools and DFT considerations - Advantage
• Ability to write development and test specifications
• System-level thinking, teamwork, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Very good English proficiency
