Technical Product Manager

InfraEdge is looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our development team and lead multiple software projects from Discovery through Delivery and Validation.

This role combines hands-on product management, strong technical understanding, and close collaboration with development teams and end users in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product Discovery directly with end users and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Define and maintain PRDs, technical specifications, User Stories, and development-ready Backlogs.
• Leverage AI tools, Agents, and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) methodologies to improve requirements and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate closely with developers, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and user needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software development environment.
• Proven experience in Product Discovery, requirements gathering, and working directly with customers and end users.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs, User Stories, technical specifications, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Familiarity with databases and working knowledge of SQL.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Experience working with AI/GenAI tools, AI Agents, or SDD methodologies - an advantage.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments - an advantage.
• Ability to independently build functional prototypes using AI or no-code tools - an advantage.
• Previous background in Software Engineering, Data Science, or QA - an advantage.
