Core Infrastructure Domain Manager

We are looking for an experienced Core Infrastructure Domain Manager to lead critical infrastructure platforms in a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is a senior technology leadership role combining strategic planning, technical expertise, and people management, with responsibility for the reliability, availability, resilience, and continuous evolution of core IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage professional teams across core computing infrastructure, storage, virtualization, backup, IBM Power / AS400, and SAP infrastructure.
• Define technology strategy, long-term roadmaps, work plans, and budgets.
• Oversee data center infrastructure, capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead complex infrastructure projects, technological upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage technology vendors, procurement, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with development teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.
• Drive automation, standardization, infrastructure optimization, and the adoption of AI-driven capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience managing managers and leading technical teams.
• Significant experience with servers, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Experience leading or managing IBM Power / AS400 environments.
• Experience with SAP infrastructure and SAP HANA.
• Experience managing data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Proven experience leading complex, large-scale technology projects.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, systems-level perspective, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make strategic technology decisions and lead change in complex environments.
