Video Coordinator – AVOD / CTV

Play.Works, a leading publisher and distributor of creator content on Connected TV, is looking for a Video Coordinator to join our growing video team.

This is a hands-on video and content operations role focused on preparing, managing, and delivering creator content across AVOD, FAST, and CTV platforms.

A large part of the role involves working directly with video files, reviewing content, making required edits and adjustments, managing metadata and assets, and preparing content according to platform requirements before delivery.

This is not primarily a creative video editing position. We’re looking for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and is comfortable managing a high volume of content accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and edit creator content for distribution across CTV and streaming platforms
• Review videos and make required edits, such as removing ads, sponsorships, CTAs, or other elements that cannot be distributed
• Adjust video files according to different platform specifications and requirements
• Create sizzles, promotional videos, and other video assets to support upcoming creator, channel, and content launches
• Manage video assets, including transcoding, logging, naming, organizing, archiving, and tracking files
• Onboard new creators and prepare their content libraries for AVOD distribution
• Create and maintain titles, descriptions, episode information, seasons, and other metadata
• Upload, maintain, and update content across AVOD and CTV platforms
• Work with Google Sheets and internal systems to accurately track content, assets, and delivery status
• Monitor existing channels and identify content, metadata, or delivery issues that need to be corrected
• Coordinate multiple creators and deliveries at the same time while meeting deadlines
• Work closely with the video, design, content, and marketing teams
• Use and explore AI tools and automation to make video editing workflows faster and more efficient

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, post-production, video operations, content operations, or digital media
• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills
• Good technical understanding of video files, formats, codecs, resolutions, aspect ratios, audio, and exports
• Experience reviewing and editing a high volume of video content
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with structured, process-driven work
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, trackers, and content management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks from briefing through delivery
• Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, creators, and digital content
• Strong written and spoken English

• Experience with CTV, AVOD, FAST channels, streaming platforms, content delivery, metadata management, transcoding, or digital media operations
• Experience with Monday.com
• Experience working with gaming content, strong gaming knowledge, or being an active gamer

The ideal candidate is organized, technical, hands-on, and detail-oriented — someone who enjoys working with video but is equally comfortable with files, metadata, spreadsheets, processes, and content operations.
