Senior Fullstack Developer

Role Description The Senior Fullstack Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Haifa. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions, working across both front-end and back-end stacks. Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing performance, integrating with APIs and third-party services, and ensuring security and reliability across the platform. The Senior Fullstack Developer collaborates closely with product managers, DevOps engineers, and other developers to plan releases, review code, and improve architecture and development practices. The role also includes mentoring less-experienced developers, participating in technical decision-making, and contributing to continuous improvement of development workflows and tools.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end development (e.g., modern JavaScript frameworks, HTML5, CSS3) and responsive UI implementation.
• Robust back-end development experience (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Java, or similar), including RESTful API design and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (preferably AWS), including deployment, monitoring, and optimization of cloud-based applications.
• Background in performance optimization, caching, and scalability for high-traffic websites and web applications.
• Understanding of cyber security principles, secure coding practices, and protection against common web vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (code reviews, CI/CD).
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, and lead implementation in a production environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and mentor other developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in managing or contributing to large-scale, cloud-based systems and customer-facing web platforms is highly beneficial.
