IAM / Access Management Specialist

A leading financial organization is looking for an IAM / Access Management Specialist to join its IT team and support user access processes across enterprise systems.

What you’ll do

• Manage user access requests: provisioning, changes, and deprovisioning
• Handle permissions throughout the employee lifecycle
• Perform periodic access reviews and controls
• Work with managers, business teams, and system owners for approvals
• Document activities and update ticketing systems
• Support internal and external audits related to access management and information security

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Help Desk / IT Support
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user management systems
• Experience with user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning
• Understanding of information security principles and access policies
• Experience with IAM / Access Management – advantage
• Relevant education or professional IT courses – advantage
