Engineer for Airborne Systems

About the Role

Malam, part of the Missiles & Space Division, is looking for an Engineer for Existing Airborne Systems.

The role includes:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving complex malfunctions in multidisciplinary airborne systems.
• Providing engineering and technical leadership for engineering changes and improvements in collaboration with customers.
• Serving as a key contributor to high-tech maintenance projects involving international customers.
• Taking end-to-end responsibility for working with customers to identify malfunctions and address technical questions and issues.
• Providing engineering leadership and coordination with leading suppliers in Israel.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or a practical engineer diploma or technician certification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – Mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in integration, conducting laboratory tests, and leading projects with major international customers – Mandatory
• Experience with laboratory instrumentation and equipment for integration purposes, including an understanding of RF components – Mandatory
• Experience reading engineering drawings and specifications – Mandatory
• Ability to lead and manage projects involving multiple concurrent tasks – Advantage
• Very high proficiency in English (a passing score on an English assessment will be required); native-level English – Advantage
• Experience working with major customers in Israel and abroad – Mandatory
