We develop and manufacture advanced solutions for motor control, energy management, and smart protection applications, tailored to the unique requirements of both the defence and industrial markets.

We are looking for a hands-on Electronics Hardware Engineer to join our R&D team and take an active role in the development, bring-up, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of advanced electronic systems.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on bring-up and initial validation of electronic boards and circuits.
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve hardware issues and design-related failures.
• Select and qualify electronic components for existing products and new developments.
• Work closely with PCB designers throughout the board development process.
• Provide hardware support to R&D teams and Embedded engineers.
• Provide professional technical support to customers on hardware-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and integration teams.
• Participate in continuous product improvement and new product development activities.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a practical engineering qualification in Electronics.
• 5 years of relevant hands-on hardware experience.
• Practical experience with analog circuits.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and understand electronic circuits.
• Significant knowledge and hands-on experience in Power Electronics.
• Proven experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting.

This is a full-time, on-site position, Sunday–Thursday, at our offices in the Kfar Saba Industrial Zone, Israel.
