Licensing Coordinator

About the Role

Malam, part of the Missiles & Space Division, is looking for a Licensing Coordinator.

The role includes:

• Coordinating and leading the preparation of applications for marketing and export licenses in accordance with the requirements of the Israeli Ministry of Defense.
• Coordinating and collecting information from various stakeholders across the site, including business units, projects, procurement, marketing, and security.
• Managing ongoing communication with the Defense Export Control Agency (DECA) at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, including submitting applications, tracking their status, responding to requests for clarifications and additional information, and advancing the approval process for licenses.
• Operating and maintaining the internal licensing system, including data entry, monitoring, and regular updates.
• Handling due diligence processes for foreign companies in coordination with Malam’s Security Department.
• Supporting and leading internal processes to improve efficiency and oversight in the licensing domain.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Defense Export Control Agency (DECA) – Advantage
• Familiarity with the Defense Export Control Law – Advantage
• Experience in a similar role at a defense or technology company – Advantage
• Ability to work and learn independently while managing multiple interfaces, demonstrating initiative, and taking ownership of tasks end-to-end – Mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, and the ability to drive processes forward – Mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Mandatory
• Ability to consolidate information from multiple sources into a complete and accurate overall picture.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong systems-oriented perspective.
