Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring a Senior Cyber Researcher for a large organization in Tel Aviv.

The role includes leading advanced technological research across Cyber and core technology domains, extracting Big Data insights, leading employees, and taking responsibility for sector-wide Cyber Defense monitoring and control.

Responsibilities:

Lead advanced technological research in Cyber and core technology domains

Extract insights based on Big Data

Lead employees and professional activities

Take responsibility for sector-wide Cyber Defense monitoring and control

Lead the establishment and development of a Cyber Center

Develop Cyber Defense concepts, policies, procedures, and methodologies

Lead the Threat Intelligence strategy

Manage significant transformation processes within the sector-wide SOC

Collaborate with strategic partners

Drive a measurement-focused culture

Lead the unit-level Data program

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Cyber Researcher

Significant research experience in at least two of the following areas: Malware Research, Vulnerability Research, Forensic Research, Advanced Communication Protocol Research, Penetration Testing, Reverse Engineering, extracting insights from technological intelligence, developing advanced research support tools, or Big Data Research

Extensive and advanced knowledge of systems and protocols

Experience leading Cyber monitoring and control activities

Experience leading teams or employees
