PMO Team Lead

A large and leading organization is looking for a PMO Team Lead to lead the PMO team and oversee the planning, monitoring, and control of complex projects within an IT and Information Systems environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in PMO roles, supporting complex Information Systems projects within large organizations
• At least 4 years of experience managing a PMO team
• Proven experience in building, managing, and monitoring organizational work plans, with a strong focus on IT
• Experience working within financial organizations, such as banks, insurance companies, credit companies, or other financial institutions
• Hands-on experience with project management and monitoring tools such as Jira, MS Project, and TFS
• Experience in budget management and control – an advantage
