Information Systems Trainer and Implementation Specialist | Jerusalem

Mertens - MalamTeam is hiring an Information Systems Trainer and Implementation Specialist for a government organization in Jerusalem.

Join the Senior Digital Technologies and Information Division and support the adoption of Information Systems, technology products, and tools among employees located across Israel.

Responsibilities:

Develop expertise and in-depth knowledge of the organization's Information Systems, technology products, off-the-shelf products, and AI tools

Deliver in-person and online training sessions for groups and individuals on existing products and new systems

Implement existing products and new systems

Lead Change Management processes from planning through full implementation

Serve as the liaison between end users and the Technology Division

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in the relevant field

2+ years of experience implementing complex systems

2+ years of experience delivering group and individual training

2+ years of experience creating training materials including presentations, videos, and user guides for various Information Systems and different types of customers

1+ year of experience providing user support and troubleshooting
