Mertens Malam Team is hiring a PMO Team Lead for a financial organization in Lod.

The role includes leading and managing a PMO team, overseeing complex IT projects, and preparing organizational IT work plans in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the PMO team

Manage and control complex IT projects

Prepare and manage organizational IT work plans

Track and monitor work plans, tasks, and budgets

Work with Jira, MS Project, and TFS

Drive processes across multiple interfaces with assertiveness and personal accountability

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems or another relevant degree

6+ years of PMO experience in complex Information Systems projects within large organizations

4+ years of experience managing PMO teams

Experience preparing and managing organizational IT work plans

Experience working in financial organizations

Experience with project management and control tools including Jira, MS Project, and TFS
