A leading organization in Jerusalem is looking for Information Systems Implementers to join a dynamic and challenging environment.

Job Description

The role includes accompanying and training medical teams in real time during the transition to a new system, providing on-site operational support, troubleshooting initial issues, conducting individual training sessions, and assisting in improving the user experience with the system.

In addition, the role includes working with technology teams, documenting issues and feedback, participating in system testing, and assisting in preparing training materials.

Requirements

• Technological orientation and the ability to quickly learn computerized systems
• High level of service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Patience and strong communication and training skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and under pressure
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Availability for 4–5 shifts per week – mandatory
