Senior Purchasing Manager

About the Role

The role includes managing commercial negotiations, responsibility for strategic suppliers, issuing purchase orders, monitoring supplies, handling imports and international shipments, ongoing work with internal interfaces (engineering, production, quality and finance) and leading efficiency processes and continuous improvement in the supply chain.

• Handling imports and international shipments.
• Ongoing work with internal interfaces (engineering, production, quality and finance).
• Leading efficiency processes and continuous improvement in the supply chain.
• Candidates with experience from global manufacturing companies in the fields of electronics, or EMS or multidisciplinary industry such as Flex Sanmina and the like.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree - required.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in the field of purchasing in the industry, including working with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
• Experience in managing import and international shipping processes - required.
• Experience in purchasing components and/or technological products - required.
• Familiarity with the Priority system and high proficiency in Excel.
• High level of English (reading, writing and speaking).
