About MANNA – Recipes & Cooking is building a new home for food, recipes, and culinary creators.The platform helps people turn food inspiration from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the web into recipes they can save, organize, and actually cook. MANNA is already live. We are now building the founding team that will help take the existing product into its next stage.

Role Description

We are looking for a Founding Content & Creator Lead to take ownership of the content and creator side of MANNA.

The role focuses on building a strong and relevant content ecosystem inside the platform: identifying the right culinary creators, bringing them into MANNA, and that users consistently discover high-quality and engaging food content.

This is a hands-on role. At this stage, it includes both thinking about the content strategy and actively executing it.

The exact scope and level of involvement can evolve based on the right person and mutual fit.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit relevant culinary content creators to MANNA
• Help define which types of content and creators should be prioritized on the platform
• Coordinate creator participation and ongoing content activity
• Curate recipes, creators, collections, and featured content
• Maintain a high standard of relevance and quality across platform content
• Identify content gaps and opportunities based on user interests and behavior
• Develop initiatives that encourage creators to contribute and remain active
• Work with Product and Growth to improve how users discover and engage with content
• Track content and creator performance and learn what drives engagement
• Help establish processes for managing a growing creator and content ecosystem

Qualifications

• We are looking for someone with:Strong understanding of social media, digital content, and creator ecosystems
• Genuine interest in food, cooking, creators, and consumer platforms
• Experience working with creators, influencers, communities, content, or social media
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good judgment around what makes content engaging and relevant to users
• Ability to identify and approach creators proactively
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Comfort working in an early-stage environment with changing priorities
• Interest in building a company and a community over the long term

Experience in food content, creator management, influencer marketing, community management, social platforms, or consumer startups is an advantage, but not required.

Stage & Compensation

This is an early-stage founding-team opportunity.There is currently no salary attached to the role. The position is equity-based, with meaningful equity and vesting structured according to the level of responsibility, commitment, and long-term involvement.
