Technology Project Manager – SharePoint & Power Platform

We’re hiring a Technology Project Manager – SharePoint & Power Platform to lead a strategic, large-scale modernization project.

This is not a traditional PM role. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable owning the project end-to-end while staying close to the technology — with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Modern, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

You’ll lead migration and implementation activities, manage a team of implementers, define standards and best practices, solve technical challenges, and work closely with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and Microsoft.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience managing complex technology projects
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Modern
• Experience leading migration and implementation projects
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience managing implementers / developers
• Strong understanding of permissions, content structures, and organizational processes
• Ability to troubleshoot, guide technical decisions, and stay hands-on when needed
• Strong stakeholder management, ownership, and organizational skills

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft 365 modernization projects, large-scale environments, or working directly with Microsoft / Microsoft partners.
