Junior Product Manager

We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our Product team.

In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help define product requirements, prioritize improvements, and support the delivery of high-quality product features.

The role involves regular collaboration with our U.S.-based teams and customers, so strong English communication skills and flexibility to work occasionally during U.S. business hours are important.

• Gather and analyze product requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with R&D, QA, Design, Customer Success, and other teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage and maintain product requirements and tasks in Jira.
• Participate in product planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.
• Perform hands-on product testing and validation to ensure features meet requirements and provide a good user experience.
• Communicate product updates, requirements, and decisions clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings with U.S.-based customers and teams to understand workflows, pain points, and product needs.
• Analyze customer feedback and product usage to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain clear product documentation, including feature specifications, workflows, user guides, release notes, and internal documentation.
• Support product releases and communicate changes clearly to internal teams and customers.

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar product-related role.
• Experience working with software products and development teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and structured product requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and stakeholders in the U.S.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of tasks from definition through completion.
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Availability to participate in meetings during U.S. business hours when required.

• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Experience working with U.S. customers.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, digital health, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with UX/UI designers and reviewing product designs.
• Familiarity with data analysis or product analytics tools.
