Ensuring the operational survivability of key systems, crucial for the organization's success, monitoring the value chain, and providing professional and rapid response to the analysts and field officers relying on them.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the status and integrity of critical systems providing operational responses, including ongoing support.
• Conducting monitoring and research to identify system gaps and early detection of failures.
• Managing and maintaining acquisition systems, adapters, and data flows, while leading optimization processes to improve system performance.
• Leading the professional interface with development and engineering bodies, including fault analysis and managing complex escalation processes.

Minimum Requirements

• Operational experience in complex information systems ecosystems or technical support at an expert level.
• High analytical ability for end-to-end troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond rapidly to real-time events.
• High communication skills with operational and technological interfaces.

Professional Capabilities

• Experience working with SCADA environment on top of observability tools such as Grafana, ECK, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of ETL processes and data flow.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Experience in fault management, documentation, and tracking solutions.
