Data Center Facility Manager JB-5112

A leading company seeking a Facility Manager for comprehensive management of a Data Center site, including responsibility for ongoing operations, teams, suppliers and meeting availability and service targets.

Areas of responsibility:

• Comprehensive management of facility operations and critical infrastructure systems

• Responsibility for system availability and meeting SLA targets

• Management of operations, maintenance and engineering teams

• End-to-end event and incident management

• Work with customers, suppliers and contractors

• Leading maintenance processes, continuous improvement and risk management

• Management of operational budget and cost control

• Leading projects and changes in active facility

Requirements:

• Experience in operational management / facility management / critical infrastructure

• Experience managing multi-interface teams

• Ability to make decisions under pressure

• Systems thinking and ability to work in complex environments

• Experience working with customers and suppliers

• Advantage: Experience in Data Center / power infrastructure, cooling or critical systems
