Extreme Group is looking for experienced IAM professionals for exciting opportunities within leading enterprise organizations.

We're seeking specialists with expertise in IAM strategy, identity security, enterprise infrastructure or identity management technologies.

Areas of Expertise:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM/IDM) solutions and enterprise identity environments.
• Identity governance, access controls and security policies.
• Active Directory, LDAP and identity management protocols.
• IAM infrastructure, system integration and enterprise security.
• Security risk assessment and identity-related security controls.
• Technical consulting, infrastructure operations or IAM project leadership.

Relevant Experience:

• Professional experience in Identity & Access Management or enterprise identity infrastructure.
• Familiarity with identity technologies and authentication protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SAML.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms or infrastructure technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Additional advantages, depending on the position:

• Experience with SailPoint, RSA Aveksa or IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM).
• Knowledge of IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and WebSEAL.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, AWS IAM or Okta.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix and PowerShell.
• Background in identity governance, third-party risk management or security architecture.
