Role Description The Country Director will lead HPIPL’s strategic and operational activities within the assigned country, ensuring growth, brand representation, and alignment with company objectives. This contract role is remote, with responsibility for overseeing market development, building partnerships, and managing key client relationships in the infrastructure and mobility sectors. Day-to-day tasks include developing and executing country-specific business plans, identifying new business opportunities, supervising project pipelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for sales, engineering, and service delivery. The Country Director will monitor market trends and regulatory requirements, manage budgets and performance targets, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership. The role also involves representing HPIPL at industry forums, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

• Candidates should possess skills in project oversight, operational management, and coordination with technical and service teams.
• Candidates should possess skills in financial management, budgeting, and performance monitoring to support country-level targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in leadership, team guidance, and cross-functional collaboration in remote and distributed environments.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Country Director, General Manager, or similar position in infrastructure, engineering, technology, or mobility.
• Strong understanding of urban development, smart city initiatives, or parking and transport solutions is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the brand to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
