Deploy is a Tel Aviv-based media company and community covering the people building what's next in tech and AI.

We tell founder stories, interview builders, cover events, produce original video series, and bring together some of the most interesting people in Israel's tech ecosystem.

We're growing our media operation and looking for someone who wants to help us tell more stories.

We're looking for a Media Fellow to help us capture, create, and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

This is a hands-on creative role. One day you might be filming interviews with startup founders. The next, covering a tech conference, helping produce a YouTube video, or turning an interesting conversation into a short-form story.

You'll work directly with Deploy's founder to help build a growing media brand from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Videography: Film interviews, events, founder stories, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Storytelling: Find interesting people, startups, and stories worth sharing with our audience.
• Social content: Capture and create engaging short-form videos, Reels, and other social-first content.
• Editing: Help turn raw footage into polished videos with captions, graphics, and strong storytelling.
• Production: Assist with planning shoots, setting up cameras, lighting, and audio, and organizing footage.
• Creative development: Pitch ideas, experiment with formats, and help develop new Deploy content series.
• Community coverage: Attend startup events and meet founders, builders, investors, and creators across Israel's tech ecosystem.

• Comfortable shooting video with cameras or smartphones.
• Experience editing video using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media, particularly Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube.
• A good eye for framing, composition, lighting, and sound.
• Curious about startups, AI, technology, and the people building interesting things.
• Proactive, creative, and comfortable approaching people to capture their stories.
• Comfortable working independently and in fast-moving environments.
• Strong English communication skills.

Bonus points:

• You've created content for your own social channels or helped grow an account.
• You have experience filming interviews or covering live events.
• You're familiar with AI creative tools.
• You have a background in journalism, documentary filmmaking, or social media production.

You don't need a film degree or years of professional experience. We care more about what you've made, your creative instincts, and your willingness to learn.

You'll get hands-on experience building a media brand, access to some of Israel's most interesting founders and tech companies, and the opportunity to create content that reaches audiences around the world.

This isn't a role where you'll spend all day sitting behind a desk. You'll be out meeting people, filming stories, experimenting with ideas, and helping shape what Deploy becomes.
