A large enterprise organization is looking for an experienced IT Production Department Manager to lead a critical and complex production environment at the core of the organization’s technology operations.

This is a senior leadership role combining people management, IT operations, production responsibility, incident management, and cross-organizational technology projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a critical enterprise IT Production environment
• Leading managers, teams, and operational functions
• Managing monitoring, control, and IT operations processes
• Overseeing production processes, batch runs, and night operations
• Leading Incident Management and Change Management processes
• Managing critical incidents, war rooms, escalations, and service continuity
• Driving cross-organizational technology projects
• Working closely with senior management and contributing to the technology roadmap

Must-have requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and technology operations
• At least 5 years of senior management experience, including management of managers
• Significant experience managing IT Production, IT Operations, or IT service environments
• Experience in a large and complex enterprise organization
• Broad technological understanding of infrastructure, operating systems, hardware, networking, and databases
• Proven experience leading cross-organizational technology projects
• Ability to manage critical environments, complex incidents, multiple interfaces, and 24/7 operational responsibility

אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת מנוסה מאוד, עם:

• 15+ שנות ניסיון בעולמות תשתיות המחשוב וה־ IT

• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בניהול בכיר הכולל ניהול מנהלים

• ניסיון משמעותי בניהול מערכי Production / IT Operations / שירותי IT

• ניסיון בארגון Enterprise גדול ומורכב

• הבנה טכנולוגית רחבה בתשתיות, מערכות הפעלה, חומרה, תקשורת ובסיסי נתונים

• ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים חוצי ארגון

• יכולת מוכחת להוביל מערכים קריטיים, תקלות מורכבות וממשקים רבים
